Green Velvet Waffles

2 Cups All Purpose Flour

3 Tbsp. Sugar

2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

4 Tsp. Baking Powder

1 Tsp. Kosher Salt

2 Large Eggs

1 3/4 Cup Milk

2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

1/2 Tsp. Vinegar

Green Food Coloring

Cream Cheese Topping

6 Oz. Cream Cheese

6 Tbsp. Butter, Softened

2 Cups Powdered Sugar

Pinch of Kosher Salt

1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

1/2 Cup Milk (depending on your desired consistency you might need more

Sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and set aside.

In a large bowl add in the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, vinegar, green food coloring and mix until well combined. Add in your flour mixture and mix to incorporate.

Heat up your waffle iron and cook the waffles according to the manufactures directions.

For the cream cheese topping, beat together the cream cheese and butter for 2-3 minutes using an electric whisk. Add in the vanilla extract, powdered sugar, milk and whisk until well combined. Add more milk if you want a thinner mixture.

Serve your waffles top with cream cheese frosting and enjoy.
