Grilled Peach Salad

2 Peaches, sliced

1 Mango, sliced

Cherry Tomatoes

Mozzarella or Burrata

Fresh Basil

Fresh Oregano


Mirin Vinaigrette

3 Tbsp. Mirin

3 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar

2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce

2 Tbsp. Honey

2 Tbsp. Avocado Oil

4 Birds eye chilies minced.


In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients for your vinaigrette. Set aside until needed.


Pre-heat your grill, and grill peaches for 1 min on each side. Remove from grill.


Plate your peaches, mango, tomatoes, top with mozzarella, basil, oregano, and a couple of tbsps. of vinaigrette.


Serve and enjoy.
