Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies

2 Sticks of Unsalted Butter, Softened

1 Cup Brown Sugar

1 Cup Granulated Sugar

2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

2 Large Eggs

2/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

2 Cups All Purpose Flour

1 Tsp. Baking Powder

1 Tsp. Baking Soda

1 Tsp. Kosher Salt

1 1/2 lbs. White Chocolate, Coarsely chopped into chunks

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a large bowl, add in the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Using an electric whisk, mix togther until fully combined about 3-5 minutes.

Add in the vanilla extract, eggs, and mix until fully combined. Add in the cocoa powder and mix until incorporated.

Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and slowly mix it into the batter.

Add in the white chocolate chunks and gently fold them in with a wooden spoon.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a cookie scoop, scoop out the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet.

Serve and enjoy.

Note: you can use white chocolate chips in place of the white chocolate bars. The cookie scoop I used is about 1 tbsp. for bigger cookies allow them to bake for 15-16 minutes.
