Pizza Dough

3 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour

2 Tsp. Salt

1 Tbsp. Sugar

2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 1/3 Cups Warm Water

1 Envelope of Active Dry Yeast

Add the sugar and yeast to the warm water, stir, and set aside for 3-5 minutes.

In a large bowl mix together the flour and salt. Add in the yeast mixture along with the olive oil and incorporate. You can knead this in a standing mixer or by hand.

Knead the dough until it becomes smooth. Divide the dough and form into two balls and place each one into an oiled bowl. Cover with partchment paper and let rise for an hour.

Roll out your dough one at a time onto a floured surface. Shape with hands or rolling pin, which ever is easier for you.

Top with you favorite toppings and bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 18-20 minutes.
