Strawberry Crostini

1 lb. Strawberries, Sliced

1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar

1 Pkg. Honey Goat Cheese

1 Pkg. Cubed Pancetta

Honey

Garlic Infused Olive Oil

Kosher Salt

Fresh Baguette


In a small pan, add in 1 tbsp. of the garlic olive oil, and pancetta. Sauté until crispy about 5-7 minutes. Remove from pan and drain on a paper towel lined plate.


Toss the strawberries with the sugar and a pinch of salt; set aside.


Slice your baguette and brush with the garlic infused olive oil and a pinch of salt. Toast at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 6-8 minutes.


Assemble the crostini by adding a layer of honey goat cheese, followed by the strawberries, pancetta, and a drizzle of honey.


Serve and enjoy.
