Grilled Buffalo Chicken

1 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs or breast

Franks Red Hot Buffalo Seasoning Powder

1 Pkg. Hidden Valley Powdered Ranch Dressing

Freshly Ground Black Pepper

1/2 Cup Franks Red Hot Sauce

Sprinkle some buffalo seasoning powder, ranch dressing powder, freshly ground black pepper evenly on both sides of the chicken. You may not use all of the ranch powder packet, just save it for another day.

Let the chicken marinade for a minimum of 2 hours.

Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked through. Brush the hot sauce on both sides of the chicken and grill for an additional minute or two.

Serve along side white rice or a side salad and enjoy.
