MORPHOLOGICAL CONSTRUCTION OF THE VERB
The verbal agreement of modern Symbaian is the same as that of classical, following the four paradigms:

The verbal morphemes in modern Symbaian are as follows:

The verboids are the infinitive and the participle. Its morphemes are the following:
Passive infinitive: -sam
Middle infinitive: -kein
Antipassive infinitive: -roi
Passive participle: -pamo, y, a
Middle participle: -pemo, y, a
Antipassive participle: -peko, y, a
Since the apophonic plural no longer exists, the participles inflect in number with the isorcic plural. For example:
bókpamo (singular), bokpámei (plural), bokpamáy (dual)
[1] In irregular transitive verbs (without temporal suffix), when the absolutive complement is singular, the o falls before r:
*bóktore>bóktre
[2] In regular transitive verbs (with a temporal suffix), the e of the suffix falls before r of ergative.
