NOMINAL DECLENSION
TYPES OF PLURAL
In Archaic and Classical Symbaian three types of plurals coexist: two Vermaric ones (the archaic, with the ending -z, and the apophonic one) and the idrapic one, which emerged in Symbainic-Eloduian and consists of the addition of the endings -Ø for the singular, -i for the plural, -ā for the dual and -ō for the trial; to the absolutive particles. In this sense, the apophonic plural follows the following system:
In a, aj (sg.), ā (pl.), u (dl.), o (tl.)
In e, ej, i (sg.), ē (pl.), o (dl.), a (tl.)
In o, oj, y, u (sg.), ō (pl.), u (dl.), a (tl.)
While the idrapic only manifests itself in the absolutive and follows the following paradigm.
Absolutive:
dina os (indet.) dina ōs (det.) (singular)
dina osi (indet.) dina ōsi (det.) (plural)
dina osā (indet.) dina ōsā (det.) (dual)
