ORDER OF THE SENTENCE
In the Athrorektleric languages, the order of the sentence is:
subject (absolutive)-verb-ergative complement-indirect complement-adjuncts
Example:
giri ok omoni ongi kegri ogorboetolit ("The dog looks at the man's leg in the vineyard")
NOUN SYNTAGMA
The order of the noun syntagma is:
Direct Complement-Core-Indirect Complement
The absolutive case has two determining particles (one for animate phrases, ok and another for neuter phrases, ot). When two absolutive phrases with the same gender are coordinated, both must take the absolutive particle.
ongio ("dog")
ongio ok ("the dog")
ongio ok itoli kegor ok ("the dog and the man")
