French Club
Bonjour tout le monde! On Mercredi le 24, or Wednesday the 24th, the RHS French Club held its first meeting! We hosted a competitive jeopardy game all about French culture, tradition, and language! Throughout the game, our members exercised and expanded their knowledge of the country. Our game’s winners, Paige Carr and Isabella Micale (pictured below) won fun little trinkets.
Interested in anything French? Join French Club? We meet every other Wednesday during lunch in room 332.
FTC Robotics Club
The FTC Robotics Team "The Woodchips" has started its first meetings preparing for competition. This year's theme : Investigate the power of the world’s artifacts and unlock mysteries during the 2025-2026 FIRST Tech Challenge season, #DECODE presented by @RTX #FIRSTAGE.At the core of the FTC experience is the development of a strong foundation in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Students gain practical experience in several key technical areas and cultivates a wide array of essential soft skills that are crucial for success in any career path. New members are welcome see information on the club hub or speak with Mr. Wohner or Mr. VanTreuren.
Project Interact
Project Interact has been involved in various events so far this year. Several students helped sort food at food drives during the summer. The next food drive is this Saturday at Stop & Shop in Ridgewood. Student leaders also were at the club fair recruiting new members and at Back to School Night greeting parents and guardians. Members also volunteered at the car show in Ridgewood at the beginning of September.

Photo retakes for grades 9-11 are October 6th in the Campus Center Section C.
Photographers will be at RHS from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm.
