RHS Math Teachers show support!
On Wednesday, April 10th Maroon and White music performances and art exhibition. The Maroon and White Recital Series began in the spring of 1964 and has been a means of highlighting outstanding Ridgewood High School musicians, artists, and dancers.
Thanks to funding through the Ridgewood Education Foundation (REF), students at RHS have been participating in the Peer Village program. This program has provided live classroom interactions with students in Malawi. Scheduled live lessons have created a unique opportunity for students to connect with peers abroad in a structured setting exposing them to real world ideas from multiple perspectives. Lesson plans and classroom sessions have been lead by RHS teachers Luke Dolby and Charlie Appel. The Ridgewood Education Foundation’s funding has allowed the teachers to develop lesson plans and purchase supplies to coordinate and manage Malawi student access. Pictured are RHS students participating in recent classroom interactions with students in Malawi.
Students in Stat with Finance are creating a 5 day meal plan on a budget.
