World Languages Honor Society Ceremony

The annual World Languages Honor Society ceremony, conducted in the Campus Center, was held on Thursday (5/9) night. 139 new inductees were honored across five languages (Spanish, French, Latin, German, and Chinese).

PREP Visits West Orange High School

Students from RHS' PREP program attended a Move the Spectrum event at West Orange High School. There were several other high schools in attendance and our students were able to mingle, make friends, and participate in different events. It was a successful and fun trip!

Address Idling Cars

For long-term sustainability projects, APES students Sarah Bronstein, Tenley Hillman, and Izzy Seaman will be tackling the issue of idling, which is keeping car engines on when a car is not in motion. It is common when picking up students or when students wait in parking lots without shutting off their car's engine. However, idling releases air pollutants and contributes to asthma and other respiratory ailments. To keep students and our environment safe, this team of APES students would like to remind parents and students to turn off engines when they are not in active use.

Broadway Veteran and RHS Alumni, David Turner '93, returned to New Players to direct "Improv Night!"

After rigorous weeks of ensemble building and technique training, 13 RHS actors made up shows in front of our eyes! No show was the same!

Celebrating AAPI at RHS!

The Learning Commons celebrates Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month throughout the month of May and beyond. Pictured below is this month's window display featuring newer fiction by AAPI authors, beautifully decorated by students from the Asian Cultures Club.
