2025 Presentation Contest for students in the Faculty of International Tourism Management (ITM)

The second annual ITM English Presentation Contest tool place on the 30th of October 2025. It began at 3PM and finished at 4PM. A celebration party was held afterwards in the university’s Subway store. This year 12 students from the first and second years of ITM took part. The contest differed from last year in that pairs of students and solo entrants were both allowed. Plus, there was the addition of a Q+A at the end of each presentation.

There were three topics to choose from including AI, SDGs and Success. Each student/group prepared their script and PowerPoint slides with the help of teachers in the faculty.

On the day, all the presentations were excellent with powerful voices and ideas. The result is below:

1.  Aoba Sugama (2年生) + Akane Magara (2年生) – Tourism, the stage where encounters are born!

2.  Senri Ishikawa (1年生) – The journey to my version of success

3. Yumeto Kawamura (2年生) + Hinata Shinke (2年生) – Air into water

Aoba and Akane were chosen as the representative group for our faculty in the All-Toyo presentation contest (same topic) on the 15th November 2025. Good luck to them.

           This event is always fun for teachers to see the effort of students come to life. I hope more will join next year.
