naloxone

• increase in heart rate and blood pressure, pulmonary edema
  • hypercapnia 가 심할 경우 naloxone 투여 시 상당한 cardiovascular(sympathetic) stimulation을 유발할 수 있다.
  • Pheochromocytoma 나 chromaffin tissue tumor 환자에서 특히 위험할 수 있다.
  • IV 10mg 용량까지는 혈장 catecholamie 농도와 BP 에 큰 변화를 유발하지 않는다.
  • Renarcotication : longer-action opioid ( morphine과 같은) 를 reverse 시키기 위해 naloxone을 투여한 경우 respiratory depression 이 재발 할 수 있다.
