Anesthetic toxicity

흡입마취제, propofol, ketamine 등 모든 agent가 태반 통과.

-> 가능하면 부위마취를 실시

Multiple exposure시 출생 후 학습장애 빈도 증가

2nd trimester는 organ이 모두 형성된 이후의 시기이며, 조산의 위험이 적은 시기

Anesthetic management

Regional anesthesia 가 가능할시 더 선호됨.

전신마취시 고려사항

임신시 peripheral blood flow 가 증가되며, 이로 인해 airway edema and friability 발생
Increased risk for pul. aspirtion
Increased difficulty of intubation
Avoidance of decreased uterine blood flow and oxygen delivery to the fetus
- 저용량 흡입마취제 사용 (< 0.75MAC)
임신시 MAC 40%감소

Postoperative pain control

Acetaminophen이 임신시 환자에서 안전하게 사용됨
