Principal's Update
Dear Colleagues,
As we pause to celebrate National Day in the midst of a very busy term 3, I would like to encourage you to take a mid-term pause to rest and enjoy the festivities. For many of our boys, they may not fully understand or appreciate the uniqueness and miracle that is Singapore, and that none of it happened as a matter of course, but the result of our continued striving to be better and stronger together. This National Day period is an excellent opportunity to share with our boys what Singapore means to us, and I encourage each one in your own way to say something to our boys so that they can hear real perspectives about being Singaporean from the significant adults in their life.

Please refer to the attached document for a step-by-step guide on how to use the Creative Stage Air speaker. Do note that it is a new speaker that will be used for P5 and P6 Listening Comprehension exams; both Prelims and PSLE.
For the upcoming Prelims Listening Comprehension exams, the laptop and speaker will placed in the exam venues.
Form teachers, before the start of Morning Assembly, you are required to setup the equipment and log in onto the laptop. It will take some time for the laptop to be exam ready.
If you require technical assistance, DEs will be available. Thank you for your help!

Dear teachers,
Please note that the P3 Gifted Education Programme (GEP) is on 17 August, Wednesday.
P3 Form Teachers have been briefed that there are actions required as the testing date draws near, do refer to the slides attached.
P3 Subject teachers are required to read the slides in detail; deployment for GEP Marking exercise has been spelt out in the slides.
The Year head will be speaking with the P3 level on 11 August after flag-raising via zoom to mentally prepare the boys prior to the GEP testing. Zoom details will be shared with P3 FTs via whatsapp.

Novena Devotion

Dear colleagues,
There will be a Novena Devotion on 19 August 2022 in the Hall from 0930 to 1030 in honour of Mother Mary, our Mother of perpetual help. The Hall will be out of bounds from 0900 to 1100.
All P3 and P4 boys who take Catechism will be in the Hall while the rest will continue with their lessons as per timetabled. P3 boys involved will go to the Hall after recess while P4 boys involved with bring along their recess items and be dismissed from the hall for recess.
