About our SSS Staff Bulletin: This weekly Staff Bulletin is the "virtual" SCT that replaces our previous Wednesday afternoon's face-to-face SCT. As per SCT, the Bulletin pools together the vital information on key events, school/level programmes aking place in the upcoming week(s) or key items/areas to note on student & staff matters, The accompanying files/slides for each news item are for your downloading. and reference.
The weekly Staff Bulletin will be published every Thursday so you could read and plan for the week ahead. The link will be sent out to all via the School Handphone as well as through CES outlook email so we could have 'da news' conveniently at our fingertips, even on the go, so to speak :D
Hope everyone will find this useful. If there are ways to improve the system or layout etc, do just let any KP or SL know! Also, should you have any items to share with staff, please approach respective HODs or Committee Heads, just as per SCT in the past.
PLUS: Please do continue checking our CES outlook emails daily, for direct communication as well as urgent / immediate matters.

This is our SSS Staff Bulletin google site, for you to park your weekly briefing to staff here, now that we don't have regular Staff Contact Time.
If you need to brief the staff any events, programmes or items that will take place in the upcoming week or further, please enter your item details here in the latest edition of the Staff Bulletin.
Click on Home on the top right hand corner of this site page and select the latest Staff Bulletin page. DO NOT update on this Home page
You will be transferred to the specific latest Staff Bulletin page. Enter your key details there. You could upload PDF (of powerpoint) or Google docs/slides etc there too to provide more details.
You could upload files to accompany your announcement. These document(s) should be uploaded into your Google Drive first (an make viewable by all in MOE or all in St. Stephen's). Alternatively, you could provide a link to the Shared Folder S: where your powerpoint (eg) is located for the teachers to download a copy. Just do make sure the teachers cannot overwrite the original file you have.
All Events/Programmes/Items should be updated by Friday 5pm. (Similar to our previous SCT timeline)
We will send out the latest Bulletin alert to all staff on Saturday for them to read.
