On the 9th of April 2015, KAU declared the Professional Ethics Charter which stresses the disciplines that are related to employees’ appealing process. Point 1 proves the right to appeal to the direct manager with the needed proofs. page 16

In (2021) KAU is established a grievances system for its employees through the ANJEZ system.
This system provides a platform for KAU employees to file and track grievances in a fair and transparent manner. The ANJEZ system is a web-based system that allows KAU employees to file grievances confidentially. The system also allows employees to track the status of their grievances and to receive updates from the university.

To facilitate the appealing process, the “Electronic Transaction Submission Service” is considered one of the leading services at King Abdulaziz University that enables users (students, staff, faculty, etc.) to communicate with the concerned authorities within the university so that the transaction is submitted with its attachments. The receiving party transfers the application, through the administrative communication system, to the concerned authority. The appealing user can also inquire about the transaction, check its status and know the procedures that were made in the transaction in detail through his/her account dashboard.
