On November 18, 2024, in a step to strengthen international academic cooperation, His Excellency Dr. Tariq bin Yusuf Al-Aama, President of King Abdulaziz University, received a delegation representing 34 American universities. The meeting focused on expanding research partnerships, exchanging academic expertise, and exploring investment opportunities in education to enhance innovation and achieve the university’s future aspirations.

On November 18, 2024, the President of King Abdulaziz University received a delegation from the University of Oxford to discuss collaboration in the fields of artificial intelligence and precision medicine. The meeting aimed to facilitate student and researcher exchanges and develop joint academic programs that contribute to advancing scientific research and innovation.

As part of its ongoing efforts to promote innovation, King Abdulaziz University, represented by the Center for Artificial Intelligence in Precision Medicine, in collaboration with the University of Oxford, organized a scientific meeting titled “Innovating Today for a Brighter Future” on November 20, 2024.The meeting showcased the latest technologies in artificial intelligence and their applications in the development of pharmaceutical treatments.

On June 10, 2024, a delegation from Siemens visited the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences at King Abdulaziz University to discuss opportunities for cooperation and development in the educational and research fields. Both parties agreed to sign a memorandum of cooperation between the college and the company.
