At the national level:
On February 14, 2024, King Abdulaziz University, represented by the Faculty of Dentistry, and the General Directorate of Medical Services at the Ministry of Defense, signed a cooperation agreement in the field of education and specialized medical training.
The agreement aims to meet the educational and training needs of the General Directorate’s staff by allocating postgraduate program seats in various dentistry specialties, in addition to enabling university staff to receive training at the medical facilities of the Ministry of Defense’s General Directorate of Medical Services.

On October 23, 2024, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Faculty of Medicine and the Al-Birr Charity Association in Rabigh, aiming to provide medical services to the association’s beneficiaries, including orphans, at the Medical Services Center located at King Abdulaziz University’s Rabigh campus.

On October 21, 2024, and under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Health, King Abdulaziz University signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Saudi Red Crescent Authority to enhance cooperation in curriculum development and offer health and first aid courses, aiming to increase the readiness of healthcare personnel and provide the highest quality of services.
