The regulations of King Abdulaziz University stipulate that all policies must be reviewed every five years. These regulations apply to all employees and third-party personnel in temporary positions, both Saudi and non-Saudi, whose names appear on payroll records across all ministries, institutions, and governmental bodies.
For outsourced employees working on campus, KAU enforces all its non-discrimination rules and ensures equal rights and protections without any distinction between university staff and external workers.

The program included all establishments in the Saudi labor market registering and uploading the wage disbursement file through the electronic services portal of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
