Employee Right to Appeal: Ethics & Process
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development issued the Guide Manual to Business Ethics which explains the business ethics expected from the employer, employee and the employees among each other.
On Page 13, under Disclosure and reporting. The guide states:
The Ministry also avails the “Masar Platform” which provides a set of electronic services to government agencies, employees and individuals in the management and development of human resources in accordance with the government executive human resources’ regulations.
The platform provides a set of services as shown below:
One of “Masar” services is the “Tazallumat” (Appealing) service
which allows any user to create all types of appeals in this platform as shown in the below example.
The below numbers show some statistics about the number of visits, and beneficiaries of the “Masar Platform” services.
