King Abdulaziz University has established a number of participatory bodies/centers to assist in identifying and engaging local stakeholders, such as residents, government, non-governmental organizations, and representatives of civil society. These bodies have created an extensive list of engagements with various types of local stakeholders.

Institutional Communication Center
Center Objectives:
· Enhancing the University’s Reputation: Promote a positive image of King Abdulaziz University through strategic communication and strong media relations.
· Promoting the University’s Achievements: Effectively communicate the university’s academic, research, and community accomplishments to both internal and external audiences.
· Enhancing Internal Communication: Ensure clear and continuous communication within the university to build an informed and cohesive academic community.
· Engaging with Stakeholders: Develop and strengthen positive relationships with key stakeholders, including students, faculty members, staff, alumni, and the wider community.

Graduates and Skills Development Center
The Graduates and Skills Development Center at King Abdulaziz University is a unit aimed at ensuring the alignment between university educational outcomes and the needs of the labor market. The center coordinates academic programs and disciplines with the requirements of both local and international markets, with the goal of equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed by the labor market. Additionally, the center seeks to enhance communication between the university, companies, and institutions to develop and update educational programs in line with economic trends and professional needs, thereby contributing to the preparation of qualified Saudi personnel who meet market demands.
Center Objectives:
· Ensure the alignment of educational program outcomes with labor market needs and the requirements of Saudi Vision 2030.
· Ensure the alignment of educational program outcomes with graduate specifications according to the National Qualifications Framework.
· Ensure the quality of graduate specifications for educational programs in line with the requirements of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission.
· Collaborate with colleges and institutes to develop curricula and courses that align with labor market needs.
· Establish policies to link academic departments with business sector institutions.

Administration of Cultural Relations, Conferences, Seminars, and Workshops
Objectives of the Administration:
· Contributing to achieving the university’s vision and mission and highlighting its accomplishments globally.
· Enabling the university to build and sustain cultural, local, and international partnerships.
· Developing a pioneering sector that enables the university to organize conferences and events and compete in their production.
· Enhancing cultural cooperation and ensuring the quality of partnerships academically and administratively.
· Supporting scientific participation in conferences, seminars, competitions, and scientific awards locally and internationally, and competing in them.
· Improving systems and services for cultural relations, conferences, and exhibitions.
· Investing in conferences and scientific partnerships to achieve economic returns.
