12.2.1: Ethical Sourcing Policy

KAU has a policy on ethical sourcing of food and supplies which ensures that the products being sourced, are obtained in a responsible and sustainable way, that the workers involved in making them are safe and treated fairly and that environmental and social impacts are taken into consideration during the sourcing process. This policy is reviewed on an annual basis. The Policy is reviewed every 5 years, last of which was in 2019.
