At the strategic level, the University Council serves as the supreme body overseeing the adoption of policies and regulations that ensure equal opportunities for all segments of society in admissions, scholarships, and academic programs, in line with the principles of justice and equality contained in the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals.
At the executive level, the University Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs is responsible for implementing these policies and supervising admission procedures and academic programs in various branches and tracks, to ensure that education reaches underrepresented groups and that all students have fair and inclusive learning opportunities
