4.3.2: Hosting Public Lectures & Community Educational Events

King Abdulaziz University contributes to promoting the fourth Sustainable Development Goal by providing a sustainable and inclusive educational environment for the community. The university supports this goal through several avenues, including collaboration with international organizations to organize global educational events and encouraging students to lead educational initiatives that help in capacity building. Additionally, the university offers workshops and seminars aimed at enhancing community skills in various fields such as entrepreneurship and sustainable practices.  

For this sake, KAU has established a set of different centers and units that would support this goal by hosting free ad-hoc , paid-for-a-nominal-fee, or customized and programmed public lectures for non-profit purposes, public lectures and Community educational events to improve and enhance lifelong learning.

There are several faculties, deanships and centers that provide lectures and courses to promote lifelong learning.
