Statement  of  Mr. J.Pawlicky

To all federations - members of the FMJD

Recently I receive various letters from federations - members FMJD.
I am sure, that the FMJD’s  joint actions instead of mutual claims are necessary in order to overcome the crisis.

From my side I declare, that  just after opening  Mr.Yatsenko should preside the meeting of CD and GA in Berlin as the president of  Section 64 (according to Chapter 2 of Statute of the FMJD).

Also I think that it is necessary  to make changes in agenda of the GA. In particular, together with Mister Shovkoplyas  and other persons during CD 22.08.2003 we have to pay attention to the question on revision of  point 14 of the Agenda.

Also I ask Mr. Shovkoplyas that he, from his side, recognizes in writing the expediency of the GA in Berlin and take personally part in all sessions 22, 23 and 24 August, and also suggest to all federations - members FMJD to participate in the GA.
