12 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed, but still cold
2 Tbl. unsalted butter, melted
2 Tbl. mayonnaise (I used light)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
3 Tbl. finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. sesame seeds, opt.
Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Roll each dinner roll into a 12-14 inch rope. Fold in half and twist together. Mix together remaining ingredients and brush top and sides of each twist liberally with mixture. Place twists onto a greased baking sheet, leaving plenty of room between each twist. Spray plastic wrap with cooking spray and loosely cover rolls. Allow to rise until doubled. Remove plastic wrap and bake at 375 degrees for 12-13 minutes or until golden brown.
