I am so excited to be able to be on this journey with you as we learn about our country from the WWII era to the turn on the 21st Century. We will be looking at many events through the eyes and experiences of Americans. I love teaching this class and cannot wait to explore the topics with you.
MONDAY 2/26--This will be a short day due to ISTEP where you get your syllabus and fill out an information sheet
TUESDAY 2/27--Also a short day, but we will start working on a Timeline Scramble. It is not as important for us to learn exact dates, but sequence of events leads to understanding. This will be a way to see what you know and learn the topics you will be studying.
WEDNESDAY 2/28--News, start Ch 16 notes on the build up to WWII with the world leaders and their philosophies
THURSDAY3/1--News, notes on Section 2, reading from Eva Kor book
FRIDAY 3/2--News, notes on Section 3 Holocaust, Holocaust Activity
