US HISTORY 2

Welcome to United States History 2! We will be studying World War II to the Turn of the New Century in this course. I always hear from students that these are the topics you have heard about from family, the media, and culture that you never had the chance to study before now. I am excited to take you on this journey. While we will be study major events and people my goal is to show you what it was like to be an American during this time period. We will use your book, but also music, art, photography, first-hand accounts, and film. I know that my love of social studies came from studying many of these topics. I hope that you are open to learning and engaging in the course to get the most out of it. This section of the website will share weekly announcements or lessons along with power points and resources used in class. Please feel free to communicate and ask questions any time. This is not my class, but OUR class!
