Wow! We are down to the last full week before finals. We still need to keep our focus as we prepare for the test on The Presidency and the final exam. Hopefully you will get a lot out of the final activities and lessons we do together.
MONDAY 10/24--News, finish information on The Presidency with clips from debates and the events of 2016. Use power point and lecture.
TUESDAY 10/25-- News, discussion of the Electoral College strengths and weaknesses. Use of the charts and graphics of where we are for 2016. Sample ballot shared and mock election. Study guide for test.
WEDNESDAY 10/26--News, test on the Presidency, a look at the Justice System through studying the Darnell Williams case. Letter writing for the end of the semester due Monday at the latest.
THURSDAY 10/27--News, finish Darnell Williams case and have discussion about the use of capital punishment in our court system
FRIDAY 10/28--News, Supreme Court 101, mock cases given and discussed in groups. Study guide given. We will review daily starting Monday.
