This week we will continue to studying the Revolution through the use of our American Pageant book, but also resources that include the series John Adams, music from Hamilton, primary resources, and lesson discussions.
MONDAY 9/30--Daily work-CBS Sunday Morning Smithsonian Artifacts (Spirit of St. Louis), (notes check) explain sections of Ch 8 up through Common Sense (p. 140), finish John Adams on the Second Continental Congress
TUESDAY 10/1--Daily work-CBS Sunday Morning Smithsonian Artifacts (Black Hole), continue explaining sections up through The Colonial War Widens, Declaration of Independence note and song
WEDNESDAY 10/2-- Daily Work--CBS Sunday Morning (Tin Wallet and Freedom Papers), Primary Documents with work-handouts on own and then in group
THURSDAY 10/3--Daily Work--CBS Sunday Morning (Lunch Counter), Finish Chapter lecture and use songs from Hamilton with lyrics (Right Hand Man and World Turned Upside Down)
FRIDAY 10/4--Daily Work--CBS This Morning, Test over Ch 8, start reading and taking notes on Ch 9
