Can you believe how fast this trimester has flown? We will finish up the Presidency and start the Judicial Branch by using some cases to study the purpose of that branch. Hope you enjoyed the break and will be ready to finish strong.
MONDAY 10/15--FALL BREAK
TUESDAY 10/16--Daily Work, finish section 1 and 2 of Ch 5 on the White House and the importance of the Vice Presidency. After we finish lecture and notes on that we will start looking at the Presidential Election process.
WEDNESDAY 10/17--Daily Work, Presidential Campaign and Election process with clips on conventions and debates. Kahoot if time.
THURSDAY 10/18--Daily Work, Presidency Test, start pre-write on Juvenile Justice, trying juveniles as adults with the resource Young Kids, Hard Times.
FRIDAY 10/19--Daily Work (TURN IN), continue watching Young Kids, Hard Times and then look at alternative jail system in Europe for discussion. Turn in write up and notes
