This week we will wrap up the Westward movement and take a look at what influenced our country and its people during the Industrial Revolution. Resources will include your book, photography about Newport Mansions, and The Story of US continued along with Crash Course.
MONDAY 8/24--HFOTD, Finish up Chapter 5 with discussion of Populism and Farming, Crash Course on Westward Expansion, the news for modern day events. Test will be tomorrow and we will discuss how to best prepare.
TUESDAY 8/25--HFOTD, Ch 5 Test, begin Ch 6 with reading and assignment of Ch 5 Section 1 Assessment
WEDNESDAY 8/26--HFOTD, Start going over ch 5 with notes and power point on Section 1, assign section 2 to read and do Section 2 assessment, begin Story of US Boom
THURSDAY 8/27--HFOTD, Continue going over Ch 5 with section 2 notes/Newport Mansions and assign Section 3 to read with Section 3 Assessment, Story of US Boom continued.
FRIDAY 8/28--HFOTD/Current Event, Conclude Ch 5 with notes on section 3, Crash Course, News--Test will be Monday 8/31
