This week as I mentioned we will continue to look at the development of voting and where we are as a society today with voting practices. To understand who makes up the electorate today, we must study the history in America and look to studying who typically makes up the voting population. We will finish the week with the film Selma that shares the impact of voting and why it was so important during the 160s for the Civil Rights movement.

TUESDAY 3/24--News, Voter Behavior and Voting Trends with notes, more Rock the VOTE clips and SNL clip on Undecided Voters
WEDNESDAY 3/25--News, Quiz over History of Voting and Trends, start Selma with guided questions and discussion
THURSDAY 3/26--News, history of the young people in the Civil Rights Movement, continue w/Selma
FRIDAY 3/27--News, finish Selma with guide to turn in, billboard assignment if needed
