This week we will finish looking at the history of the voting population and who makes up the electorate today. To wrap up our lessons we will look at voting in history with the events of the Civil Rights movement and the March on Selma. Remember that 2 and 3 hours have lessons with Mrs. Borden.
MONDAY 3/20--News sheet, continue with notes and lecture, show examples of literacy tests and intimidation that was used to suppress the vote.
TUESDAY 3/21--News sheet, wrap up the lessons on the voting population and process, along with public opinion we will quiz over this on Wednesday. Start Selma.
WEDNESDAY 3/22--News sheet, Quiz over Voting History, continue with Selma resource.
THURSDAY 3/23--News sheet, turn in with opinion, finish Selma with assignment.
FRIDAY 3/24--HAPPY SPRING BREAK!!!!! See you in a week.
