This week we will finish our election studies and move on to studying the justice or judicial branch of government as we end the trimester. The upcoming lessons are more participatory and attendance during these days is very important. I believe you will really be fascinated by what we study which is why I saved the best for last.
MONDAY 10/20--Handout DDOG, work on billboard a but longer. Collect today but, if more time is needed you can turn them in tomorrow. Start looking at campaign commercials and document the style used.
TUESDAY 10/21--DDOG, Finish campaign commercials, review for test on Wednesday, news if time allows.
WEDNESDAY 10/22--DDOG, Ch 5/6 test, Tour DC with monuments and memorials.
THURSDAY 10/23--DDOG, begin studying judicial branch with articles on the death penalty and begin using American Justice program on Darnell Williams case in Indiana.
FRIDAY 10/24--DDOG, Finish Darnell Williams resource and write up pros and cons of death penalty using articles and film as a resource.
