This week we will finish studying the basics of classifying government and start looking at the Constitution and its history. This will take some memorization on your part as we try to understand how events or situations impact our changes to the Constitution and our government.
MONDAY 11/14--News, finish explaining Preamble and Section 1, news episode on American Samoa
TUESDAY 11/15--News, Ch 1 finish notes on section 2 and 3 with discussion of Duties and Responsibilities of citizens, Preamble, clip from 60 Minutes on Poverty in America
WEDNESDAY 11/16--News, Ch 1 Test, finish clip on Poverty in American resources in Terre Haute and where to volunteer, Terre Haute--what can we do in our community?
THURSDAY 11/17--News, history of the Constitution and our early government, read Ch 3
FRIDAY 11/18--News (collect), predictions on what events impacted our Amendments worksheet and crossword, Drew Carey video with guide if needed
