We will begin our time studying WWII together this week. With the longer Thanksgiving Break approaching I will be dividing this unit into parts we will study and take smaller quizzes or tests over those lessons. This week will be spent looking at the buildup to the war and ending with Pearl Harbor.
MONDAY 11/17--Begin Daily Dose of History, Quiz over the Great Depression, start Ch 13 with reading and PowerPoint.
TUESDAY 11/18--Daily Dose, Section 1 completed, show The Century video for last half of class.
WEDNESDAY 11/19--Daily Dose, finish The Century, go over Section 2 with PowerPoint lecture. We will study the Holocaust after break.
THURSDAY 11/20--Daily Dose, Section 4, Highlights from Pearl Harbor and explanations for this section.
FRIDAY 11/21-Daily Dose, Quiz over WWII buildup and Pearl Harbor. News, and stories from Tom Brokaw.
