This week we will finish up looking at WWI and the conflict of why the US felt they should enter. We will also wrap up looking at why this war was so much more deadly than previous wars. There will be a short answer quiz on Wednesday over the material. Then we will look at the Roaring 20s with The Century video and activity.
MONDAY 3/20--News sheet, group activity looking at Primary Sources and sharing with the class (documents and images)--this will be collected and graded, story from 60 Minutes on Famine if time allows.
TUESDAY 3/21--News sheet, clips from Fly Boys--weapons of war, library for books
WEDNESDAY 3/22--News sheet, WWI Quiz, handout summary of the 20s, start The Century on The Roaring 20s
THURSDAY 3/23--News sheet (collect), finish The Century, if needed continue with news
FRIDAY 3/24--HAPPY SPRING BREAK!!!!!!
