Welcome! I am sure that you have learned a lot and enjoyed US History 1, but I am even more excited about all that you will study in the next section of your course. No matter what your interests there seems to be a topic that everyone can embrace and enjoy this trimester. I believe you will really enjoy this section of your US History courses because you may know people who have lived through these times. Some of the culture and events will be items you have heard about through the years, but after having this course you will hopefully have a better understanding of the times. I look forward to a great semester with you and hope you are fascinated by the topics we study as much as I am every time I teach this section. I am very eager to get to know all of you and work together as we experience what life was like from the 1940s to the turn of the new century. Please use the announcements as a way to keep track of assignments and to prepare for tests/projects.
