This week we will finish and test over the information on Immigration and Urbanization. Please remember that you also have a writing assignment where you will be writing 3 letters as if you were an immigrant writing back home to your family. I will also share your midterm grades with you. Please be sure to address any concerns you may have with me.
MONDAY 12/7--News, Go over Section 3 with notes, and continue with Far and Away. Test will be tomorrow over Ch 7. All vocabulary work will be due at that time if you have not completed it. Remember there may be some questions from Ch 6 information included on the exam.
TUESDAY 12/8--News, Ch 6/7 test with a brief review first, work on letters after test, when all students are done we will try to conclude Far and Away
WEDNESDAY 12/9--News, Test corrections or makeup, Ch 8 Vocab work with crossword, finish letters as they are due Thursday
THURSDAY 12/10--News, Immigration Letters due, Begin Ch 8 Section 1 Notes
FRIDAY 12/11--News (collect), Ch 8 Section 2 Notes and activity
