Limiting belief #1: Remember your failures and Mistakes: those memories MOtivate you to improve.
First Victory alternative belief #1 Remember what you want more of, that alters your brain and body so you’ll get more of it.
Limiting belief #2: Always Be your own harshest critic
First Victory alternative belief #2: Always Be your own best (and most honest) friend.
Limiting Belief #3: Always Be logical and think carefully about what you’re doing.
First Victory alternative belief#3: Use both logic and creative fantasy to create your own reality.
Limiting belief #4: Always look for more knowledge, more information, more practice opportunities.
First victory Alternative belief #4 The key is enough knowledge consistently applied.
Limiting belief #5 - You better be really good at something before you become confident about it.
First Victory alternative belief #5 - Beliefs produce behavior, so confidence comes first.
Limiting belief #6: Worship the gods: the experts know what’s best and the winners have earned your reverence.
First Victory alternative belief #6: Know thyself and trust thyself, for every competitor is human and beatable!
Limiting belief #7 - Above all else, thous shalt now screw up. AKA: the team that makes the fewest mistakes wins.
First victory alternative belief #7 - Above all else, play to win.
So many good thoughts, that we can be great, win despite making mistakes, we can see everyone as human and especially learning to be our own best and honest friend.
