“What we do is nothing but a drop in the ocean. But if we didn’t do it, the ocean would be one drop less.” Celebrate with me as I have now reached episode 50!!! As part of a celebration I share how this one principle of small, simple steps has helped me be able to bring this podcast to life. I share how I have been training for a half marathon with a simple training program that slowly gets my running minutes up along with my miles. In addition I share all the other things in my life that have improved or I have been able to slowly tackle with this idea of small steps.
