“Know how you spend your time.” This episode I talk about making sure to schedule time to implement your systems that you want to put in place for the new year. I first begin with a tip to find a word or phrase for the year that sums up what your direction is for the year. And then I share how I am not doing so well with my decluttering and I realize that is because I am not setting aside time. I mention how I have a few systems in place, like my morning routine and our dinners and how once they get put in place they make life easier. Lastly, I discuss a few ideas about planning and different ways you can think about scheduling and planning your day.
