“Habits, scientists say, emerge because the brain is constantly looking for ways to save effort.” In this episode I am doing another book review and recommendation on The Power of Habits, Why we do what we do in life and in business by Charles Duhigg. This book has so many fascinating stories and goes very in depth into habit creation and also how we can learn to change our habits. I share a few of the stories from this book as well as some of the tips on ways to change your own habits. It is a great book so come and listen as I share just a small part of the things I learned.
