“Our brain likes to make up stories, especially when we don’t have all the facts.” How many times have you thought that someone was mad at you or they didn't like you and it turned out not to be true? Stormy first drafts or SFDs are stories our brains tell us that are not necessarily true, such as so and so does not like me. In this episode, I will explain a little more about this idea as I read about it in a few of Brené Brown’s books. I share a story that really helped me see how I can be wrong about something and then I share a little bit on what Brené Brown suggests we do when we notice our brains doing this.
