Ingredients
1 c rice
1 c vermicelli
1/4 c butter
3 chicken boullion cubes
1/2 med onion, diced
1/2 t garlic salt
Directions
1) Melt butter in a saucepan, brown vermicelli, garlic salt, and onion.
2) The browner the vermicelli the more flavorful, don't burn.
3) Add rice, chicken boullion, and 3 c water.
4) Cover and simmer for 20 min.
