Directions
Examine eggs for cracks
Place all the eggs in a large pot
Cover the eggs with water. Until there is 1 inch of water over the eggs (measure with your 1st finger knuckle)
Turn the heat to high to boil
Once the water boils, start timing and take it off the heat
Soft Boiled – 6 min
Med. Boiled – 8 min
Hard Boiled – 12 min
Using a slotted spoon, take out eggs one at a time
Place the eggs in cold water to stop cooking
Tap and peel the shell off and eat
