Directions
1) Examine eggs for cracks
2) Place in saucepan
3) Use cold water and cover the eggs with 1 inch of water
4) Turn heat to high to boil
5) Once the water boils, take off the heat and start timing
a. Soft Boiled – 3 min
b. Med. Boiled – 6 min
c. Hard Boiled – 10 min
6) Remove and place in cold water to stop cooking
7) Peel the egg
