Ingredients-Filling
1 egg
¼ c sugar
¼ c milk
1T Butter or marg. Melted
1½ c cubed cooked sweet potatoes
or 2 (40 oz ea) cans of drained yams
Ingredients-Topping
½ c flour
½ c brown sugar
4 T butter or marg. melted
½ c chopped pecans
Directions
1) In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add sugar, milk and butter and mix well.
2) Add sweet potatoes and mix gently.
3) Combine Sweet Potato mixture into a large baking dish on the table
4) For topping combine flour and sugar in a small bowl. Stir in butter and pecans; mix well.
5) Put the topping mixture in a large bowl that's on the tab.
